This just didn’t work for me. I reached out to support, but it took way longer than I expected to hear back, and from the tone of the replies, I kind of got the feeling it wasn’t being treated as very urgent. Maybe I’m reading into it, but that’s how it came across.

I really wanted these to work for me because, to be fair, they did give my lids a little lift. The idea is great, and I can see how they might be helpful for some people, but once I tried using them with my regular makeup, things got frustrating.

My foundation and concealer kept catching around the edges, and my eyeshadow didn’t apply smoothly over the strips. It ended up looking a bit patchy, which kind of defeated the purpose. When I tried using less makeup, the strips were more noticeable, so it felt like I couldn’t win either way.

They might be fine for days when you’re not wearing much makeup, or maybe no makeup at all. Unfortunately, I bought them hoping they would fit into my normal routine, and they just didn’t. Shipping was perfectly fine, but overall, it was too much fiddling for the price and not very practical for me

so my order ended up being wrong, which was frustrating. I didn’t get exactly what I ordered, and it was just not what I expected when it showed up.

I had to reach out and wait for them to fix it, which made the whole experience a hassle. Not the best first impression.

I really wanted these to work for me, but the sizing just felt too limited. The strips I tried either showed way too much or didn’t sit right on my lids at all. It kind of felt like one of those automated systems that assumes everyone fits into the same few options, which is frustrating. I can see them working if your eye shape happens to match what they offer, but mine definitely didn’t. I just wish they had more in-between sizes.

The shipping took almost two weeks, which felt way longer than it should’ve. I kept checking for updates and basically had to practice patience I did not sign up for. The item finally arrived, but the wait was frustrating...

I picked this up while I was already out running errands, so maybe I wasn’t in the most patient mood, but it just didn’t feel worth the price to me. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected more for what it costs

I had to wait forever just to get a response from customer service, and it was really frustrating. When they finally replied, it felt like one of those canned apologies that doesn’t actually help or address anything. I just wanted a real answer without having to chase them down

This thing works okay once in a while, but figuring out how to use it properly was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I had to keep trying over and over just to get it right, and that’s on the product, not me. If it needs that much trial and error, then somebody didn’t do a good job making it user-friendly.

These strips do work, but the adhesion was inconsistent for me. Some days they stayed put just fine, and other times the edges started peeling up after only a few hours. Maybe it depends on your skin, moisturizer, or makeup, but I wish they were more upfront instead of making it sound like they’ll just stay on perfectly. They’re not terrible, but the sticking power could definitely be better.

I really thought these would blend in better, so I was a little disappointed once I tried them. The strip was more visible on my eyelid than I expected, especially when it caught the light. I even tried putting makeup over it, but I could still see it up close. It might work fine for other skin types or eyelid shapes, but on me it looked a bit too obvious. I tried to return my order and the whole process was kinda annoying. The refund took longer than I expected, and the support replies didn’t really feel that helpful. i probably wouldn’t order again.
